Add users to Doorbell list
How to most efficiently add users to a Doorbell list, depends on whether you already use Unloc, or it is your first time starting up the Control Center. There are three options described in this guide: • Add from existing users in the Control Center • Add new users with their phone number • Import tool for adding multiple new users I already use Unloc in the building If so, you can simply add existing users from the project. A doorbell can either work around the clock, or only certain hours during the day. That means if someone scans the QR-code outside this time, they will not be able to call the users Practical if you don't want residents or tenants to be called up in the middle of the night. Note that this limits the whole Doorbell. If you want some users/tenants to be whitelisted, you need to upgrade your Doorbell. Troubleshooting
I don't receive Doorbell calls
Make sure the Doorbell app is installed, and that you have allowed Camera and Microphone access to the app. Are you frequently using focus settings such as "Do Not Disturb" or similar? Make sure the Unloc app is white listed for notifications. If you're using Doorbell without the app: Make sure to put the Doorbell number as a favourite If you still don't receive any Doorbell calls, please contact support.Few readersI can't place a call using Doorbell
If you can't place a call as a visitor, this is usually due to your browser not having the necessary permissions for speech/video. You may have clicked "Don't grant access" when using Unloc Doorbell previously, or something else causing the your phone not allowing the webpage to allow it.
