What is a Lock Insight Event?
Every night the Unloc platform does an analysis of every lock in the platform. The system looks for important insight we can provide to the lock owners. Such a piece of insight is called a Lock Insight Event.
A Lock Insight Event is important and actionable information about one of your locks that you can use to improve the user experience and reduce the number of errors.
You find your Lock Insight Events on the dashboard of your Organization/Project in the Unloc Control Center.
When you get a Lock Insight Event you should Acknowledge it to show your co-admins that someone are looking into it.
If the lock is fixed, and you forgot to resolve the event, you don't have to worry. The Unloc platform will detect that the issue has been fixed, and will resolve the event for you.
