Low Battery Warning
Lock Insight Event: Low Battery Warning
Severity: Low
The battery is low, so the lock might die soon. At that time the Unloc app won't let you open the door anymore.
Eventually the battery of a lock will run out of juice. The Unloc platform attempts to give you a heads up so that you have time to replace the battery of the lock before it stops working.
Change the battery yourself, or get help from an installer . How to do that differs from lock to lock.
For Danalock V3 you can read this guide.
For Dormakaba dKey you can read this guide.
For Masterlock Lockbox you can read this guide.
For Nimly and Heimgard, you just open the cover, remove the old batteries, and insert new ones.
For Salto, you probably need help from the installer that manages your Salto installation. Remember to update the lock after changing the batteries, or else the system clock will be wrong.
Try opening the door with the Unloc app after changing the battery, to confirm that it's working.
