Not Receiving SMS Code
If you're not receiving the six-digit SMS code you've requested when logging in, there could be several reasons. Mobile operators use different security checks that can sometimes block message delivery.
Common Causes
- Our system prevents sending the code to some country codes unless you already have received a key from someone.
- The message might be flagged as spam by your phone.
- Your mobile operator’s security filters may block the SMS.
What to do – Android
- Make sure you have active keys in the app – some country codes are blocked unless you already have received a key from someone.
- Check your SMS spam or junk folder – the message might be filtered there.
- Request a new code and wait a few minutes.

- Make sure you have active keys in the app – some country codes are blocked unless you already have received a key from someone.
- Request a new code and allow some time for it to arrive.
Still not receiving the SMS?
If you keep trying, we will eventually place a regular voice call to you. The call will come from a U.S. phone number (the caller ID starts with +1). Just answer the call, and the login code will be read out loud.
