My Danalock V3 does not rotate
Follow these instructions if your Danalock V3 does not rotate when unlocking. These steps can be performed outside the door if you are locked out.
- Open the Danalock app and log in with your user profile.
- Enable End-to-end operation under "Settings" in the Danalock app. This ensures that the lock fully rotates.
- Tap "Calibration" and follow the steps in the Danalock app:
- Set the unlocking position.
- Set the locking position.
- Test the calibration.
