We are unable to reach the Milesight module that controls this door. Because of this you will not be able to open the door.
The module might have lost power, or it is unable to connect to the Internet.
You need to make sure that the Milesight has power and is connected to the Internet. You might need to contact your Installer to have a look at the module and the installation. If the error persists, please contact Unloc Support.
