Stansefabrikken's Advance-series Mailboxes with support for IDBOX IQ can be easily connected to the Unloc app. The mailboxes must be set up in the IDBOX IQ app before they can be registered with Unloc. After the registration is completed, there is no need to use the IDBOX app.

Step 1: Download the IDBOX IQ app on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Create a user profile in the IDBOX app by clicking on "Register now" at the bottom of the screen. Use the same phone number in the IDBOX and Unloc app.

Step 3: Click "ADD IDBOX" or "Legg til IDBOX"

Step 4: Select your mailbox. If several mailboxes appear on the list, you can use the chip to make it appear at the top of the list.

Step 5: Give the mailbox a name/address.

Step 6: Click on the settings menu next to the mailbox you want to add to Unloc app.

Step 7: Select "Manage Business Access" or "Administrer tilganger til bedrift" and check "Yes" for Unloc.

Step 8: Download the Unloc app from Google Play or the AppStore and create a new user profile. Read more about how to download the app here. Use the same phone number in the IDBOX and Unloc app.

Step 9: In the Unloc app, tap "Settings" in the lower right corner. Then click on "Add private lock", select "Mailbox from Stansefabrikken" - continue to connect.
