I need access to the installer tool

To install and onboard compatible locks you need access to the installer tool in Unloc Control Center.

Unloc Control Center is where you’ll find all the tools required to connect and onboard most of the lock systems integrated with Unloc. Following the guides provided in Control Center is essential to ensure a smooth installation.

Just as important is making sure you have access to the correct project before arriving on site.

How do I get access?

To install locks, you must have access to the Installer Tool in Unloc Control Center.

Installer access is granted by the project owner (the client) — not by Unloc Support.

We recommend the following practice:

1. Log in to Unloc Control Center
2. Click Installer Tool in the top right corner
3. Verify that you have access to the correct project

Do this at least one day before you are scheduled to install and onboard locks. This helps avoid delays or installation issues while on site.

Missing Access to a project?

If you do not see the project you are supposed to work on, you are missing access.

In this case, you must contact the project owner / client and ask them to grant you access to the project.

They can choose between two access levels:

• Installer
• Installer Admin (read more about Installer Admin here).
