I don't receive Doorbell calls

  • Make sure the Doorbell app is installed, and that you have allowed Camera and Microphone access to the app.
  • Are you frequently using focus settings such as "Do Not Disturb" or similar? Make sure the Unloc app is white listed for notifications.
  • If you're using Doorbell without the app: Make sure to put the Doorbell number as a favourite


If you still don't receive any Doorbell calls, please contact support.
