I can't receive Doorbell calls / Visitors can't call me

I can't call someone after scanning the QR-code:



Usually, this is due to your browser not having the necessary permissions for speech/video. You may have clicked "Don't grant access" when using Unloc Doorbell previously, or something else causing the your phone not allowing the webpage to allow it.

Here is how to fix it:

Go to url: doorbell.unloc.app on your phone browser
Go to page menu/settings, and find Website settings. The process can vary between browsers, below you can see on Safari
Turn on "Allowed" for both Camera and Microphone. This might be at "Ask" or "Deny" today

Give permissions in SafariIf this was already on, and it is still not working:
Make sure you have mobile data turned on and that you have cellular connection
Try restarting your browser app by "swiping it up"

I'm not receiving calls when someone is outside:


First, make sure you have allowed for Camera and Microphone (see the process above)
Doorbell works without having the app downloaded. However, we recommend downloading it for a better experience.
Are you frequently using focus settings such as "Do Not Disturb" or similar? Make sure the Unloc app is white listed for notifications.
If you're using Doorbell without the app: Make sure to put the Doorbell number as a favourite.
