How to install Danalock and onboard on projects

Follow this guide to install and onboard Danalocks to a project in Unloc Control Center.

1. “Objective”

The document contains information necessary to perform a installation of a danalock universal module and onboard the module to the Unloc platform this includes the vendor specific app and the use of the Unloc installer app

1.2. Danalock app

The Danalock app is what we call a vendor specific app and is used only during onboarding of the universal module to the Danalock platform which Unloc will interact with in the background. The end user will never interact with the Danalock app for locks owned by a lock holder.

2. Installation

2.1 Hardware installation

The hardware installation will differ between installations but this example is for a self contained intercom system with switching outside. The updated manual from Danalock can be found (here)

Black and Brown wires should always be cut off and not be used in any installation when using with Unloc

In this example we'll be using a Fermax cityline intercom system as the system we will connect the module to. As seen in the connection diagram the module needs to be connected to a stable power source and a relay across the opening input in this case the common and negative terminal is shared.
