Detection Errors
Error 10051: Lock Not Found
What happened:
The app could not find the lock via Bluetooth within the expected time.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are at the correct lock and within range. Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try again.
Connection Errors
Error 10060: Connection Failed
What happened:
Failed to connect to the lock.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are within range of the lock and try again. If the problem persists, restart the app.
Error 10061: Connection Timeout
What happened:
The app could not connect to the lock in time.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are within range of the lock and try again.
Error 10062: Connection Timeout
What happened:
The app could not connect to the lock in time.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are within range of the lock and try again.
Authentication Errors
Error 10021: Lock Not Responding
What happened:
The lock did not respond in time.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are close to the lock and try again.
