Key & Data Errors
Error 2180: Key Data Problem
What happened:
There was a problem with the key data received from the server.
How to fix it:
Try again. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or contact support.
Connection & Communication
Error 2204: Lock Busy
What happened:
The lock is busy and cannot process the request right now.
How to fix it:
Wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, restart the app.
Error 2209: Temporary Issue
What happened:
The operation could not be completed due to a temporary issue.
How to fix it:
Please try again. If the problem continues, restart the app.
Error 2215: Connection Lost
What happened:
The connection to the lock was lost.
How to fix it:
Make sure you are within range of the lock and try again.
Error 2504: Lock Busy (Disconnect)
What happened:
The lock is busy and cannot process the request right now.
How to fix it:
Wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, restart the app.
Authentication & Operation Errors
Error 2318: Authentication Error
What happened:
An error occurred while authenticating with the lock.
How to fix it:
Try again. If the problem persists, restart the app or contact support.
Error 2418: Operation Error
What happened:
An error occurred while operating the lock.
How to fix it:
Try again. If the problem persists, restart the app or contact support.
Lock Status Errors
Error 2611: Critical Battery
What happened:
The lock's battery is critically low.
How to fix it:
The lock's battery needs to be replaced before it can be operated. Please replace the batteries or contact the lock owner.
Error 2627: Clock Out of Sync
What happened:
The lock's internal clock is out of sync.
How to fix it:
The lock's clock needs to be corrected. Please contact the lock owner or maintainer to sync the lock using the Danalock app.
Error 2628: Clock Out of Sync
What happened:
The lock's internal clock is out of sync.
How to fix it:
The lock's clock needs to be corrected. Please contact the lock owner or maintainer to sync the lock using the Danalock app.
