Make sure the Doorbell app is installed, and that you have allowed Camera and Microphone access to the app.
Are you frequently using focus settings such as "Do Not Disturb" or similar? Make sure the Unloc app is white listed for notifications.
If you're using Doorbell without the app: Make sure to put the Doorbell number as a favourite
If you still don't receive any Doorbell calls, please contact support.
