In the control panel you can easily rename the residents in the building. The name in the control panel will override any names that the user may select in the app. If no name is added in the control panel, either the phone number of the users / name in the app will appear in the list.

Step 1: Log in to the control panel by clicking here.

Steg 2: Click on the user you would like to rename from the left side menu.

Steg 3: Type in the new name, then "Save name".
