At Unloc Store, installation is included in the price when buying a smart lock. The installation is completed by certified installers from Luado.

In the order confirmation from Unloc Store you will receive a link to Luado's website where you can book a date for the installation. You choose an installation time that suits you, the installer will bring the lock to your home. Note that if you have ordered more than 1 lock, installation must be booked individually per order.

Step 1: Follow the link in the order confirmation. Then click on "Avtal tid for montering" on Luado's website.

Steg 2: Choose that you are ordering as a private person, and then click "Neste".

Step 3: Fill in your information and where the installation will find place.

Step 4: Select an available certified installer in your area. If you select "Jeg ønsker å velge tilbyder først" you will get a wider selection of installers - but some may be fully booked.

Step 5: After you have selected the installer, you can choose whether you want to arrange a time for installation then and there, or if you want to arrange it later. If you have not moved in yet - select "Jeg vil velge starttid med montør senere".

Step 6: Select the date and time for the installation. Click on next and fill out the required information.

Step 7: The installer will come to your home to complete the installation. In case something comes up, you can chat with the installer directly through the chat function on luado.no. You will receive a password by email after the order - use your email as your username.
