If you have purchased a lock through the Norwegian Unloc Store, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the installation date.

The right of withdrawal presupposes that you inform us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the lock has been installed, that you will exercise the right of withdrawal by using the right of withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation.

The right of withdrawal form will be sent to you by e-mail together with the confirmation of the order received from Unloc before ordering installation. If you do not receive the right of withdrawal form, this deadline is extended to 12 months. In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be returned to us, preferably with the original packaging, in approximately the same quantity and condition as upon receipt.

The buyer is responsible for dismantling the lock from the door in a responsible manner, and all products must be returned to Unloc within a reasonable time. The buyer bears the cost of return, and is responsible for the shipment to us - therefore, please send a rekommandert shipment with tracking to us.

Return of products with original packaging where the product has only been tested and appears as new, the full purchase price for the product will be refunded, including shipping and any fees. Fees associated with the installation service, Luado, are non-refundable. The value of the lock will be determined by indicative prices.
