Teltonika TRB246 installation

Sim Card

The device ships without a SIM card pre-installed. You will need to insert the included SIM card before use.

The Teltonika TRB246 is used for Unloc in applications where control of multiple doors are needed.

The most common way of doing this is by connecting Modbus relays and inputs to the RS485 connector on the Teltonika. See example here using Waveshare modbus boards:

We are working on allowing installers to be able to configure these setups themselves. But for the time being installations like this requires coordination with Unloc. Make sure to let us know when you are doing the installation, so we can allocate resources to be available.

Control center (Installer tool)

Before you begin you will need to be delegated access to the clients control center. See I need access to the installer tool

Find the correct project on https://my.unloc.app/installer and choose the "Install new lock" option then choose Teltonika and follow the instructions provided in the wizard.

If any of the locks should be set up with Doorbell see "How to add a doorbell"
