Life@work integration

Life@Work is a Norwegian workplace app for office and commercial buildings, and it’s integrated with Unloc for access control**. **This allow users to manage building and door access directly in the Life@work portal, alongside other workplace services.

How does it work?

With the Unloc + Life@work integration, access groups from Subprojects are synced from Unloc to the Life@work portal. Then a portal administrator in Life@work can assign the access groups to their employees directly.

How do I set this up?

The building administrator need to do some upfront work in Unloc to configure the integration.

1. First you need to onboard your Access Control System to Unloc, and configure all your locks with names and images.
2. Then create a Subproject for each tenant, and assign the locks that each tenant should have access to.
3. Inside each Subproject, create the Access Groups that each tenant should have access to.
4. Enable the Life@work integration for the given project with help from Life@work and Unloc support.

Then inside Life@work:

1. Assign Access Groups that each Tentant should be allowed to add users to.

Unloc Doorbell

Unloc Doorbell lists can also be updated through the Life@work integration. To enable a Doorbell list, you need to delegate it to the Subproject. It will then be visible inside Life@work.
