What is Unloc Control Center

My.unloc.app is the web-based tool for administration of locks connected to the Unloc platform. Here, you have full overview of doors, users, log, and everything you need for seamless administration of you door, building or portfolio.

Different admin levels in the Control Center


Organization
  • To start using the Unloc Control Center, you will need an **Organization. **This is the top level, and typically represents a landlord, property owner, property manager or similar. To get started with an organization, reach out to Unloc via sales@unloc.app, or the chat on the bottom right corner of this window.
To access an organization, you will have to be added as an organization admin. This is either done by Unloc, or by another organization admin.


Project
  • An **Organization **holds one or more **Projects. **A project typically represents a building, an area of buildings, or a full portfolio, based on how you want to administer you doors. We are here to help you in the best way possible! Projects are created from the Organization-level.
Project admins are added by an Organization admin.

Subproject
  • Inside a **Project, **you can create **Subprojects. **Here, you can group specific doors to be administered self-served. This is typically used by office tenants who wants to create keys for their own employees, or a contractor who can share keys to the member of staff going out on a property.


Installer
  • The Installer context: Here, an installer or technician can conduct activation or updates to locks on a building. See Installer for more information
Both an Organization- and Project Admin can add installers
