How to get keys

Looking for your digital keys in the Unloc app? We understand it can be frustrating when you're expecting access but don't see your keys yet. Here's what you need to know.

Unloc doesn't issue digital keys directly to residents. Your building's board or property management is responsible for distributing access to residents.

Already living in a building with Unloc? If you haven't received your keys in the Unloc app yet, contact your building's board directly to request access to the doors you need.

Just moved in? New owners typically receive their digital keys automatically after the official ownership transfer is completed. This process can take up to two weeks from your move-in date.
