Error 2215: "Can't connect to lock"

Error 2101: Bluetooth issues
 — Try moving closer, disconnecting other bluetooth devices or turning bluetooth on and off.

Possible solution: 

1. Restarting the app.
How to restart the app:
On iPhone x and newer:

  1. Press the bottom of the screen and swipe the app up. Don't release it until the screen has zoomed out from the app.
  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

On iPhone 8 and older:

  1. Double press the home button.
  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

On Android:

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Press "apps".
  3. Choose the Unloc app.
  4. Press "Force stop".
  5. Press "OK".

On Huawei phones you might have to turn the phone on and off before it works.

2. Turning on and off bluetooth:
For Android:

  1. Sveip ned fra toppen av skjermen.
  2. Press Bluetooth-symbolet, ᛒ, for å skru av Bluetooth.
  3. For å skru på press Bluetooth-symbolet igjen.

For iPhone:
