Error 2215: "Can't connect to lock"

Error 2101: Bluetooth issues
— Try moving closer, disconnecting other bluetooth devices or turning bluetooth on and off.
Possible solution:
1. Restarting the app.
How to restart the app:
On iPhone x and newer:
- Press the bottom of the screen and swipe the app up. Don't release it until the screen has zoomed out from the app.
- Swipe the app up until it disappears.
On iPhone 8 and older:
- Double press the home button.
- Swipe the app up until it disappears.
On Android:
- Go to settings.
- Press "apps".
- Choose the Unloc app.
- Press "Force stop".
- Press "OK".
On Huawei phones you might have to turn the phone on and off before it works.
2. Turning on and off bluetooth:
For Android:
- Sveip ned fra toppen av skjermen.
- Press Bluetooth-symbolet, ᛒ, for å skru av Bluetooth.
- For å skru på press Bluetooth-symbolet igjen.
For iPhone:
- Avhengig av modell, sveip enten opp fra bunnen av skjermen eller nedover fra høyre hjørnet.
- Press Bluetooth-symbolet, ᛒ, for å skru av Bluetooth.
- For å skru på press Bluetooth-symbolet igjen.
3. Move closer to the lock.
