Possible solutions: 


1. Restarting the app.

iPhone:

On iPhone x and newer:

  1. Press the bottom of the screen and swipe the app up. Don't release it until the screen has zoomed out from the app.

  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

On iPhone 8 and older:

  1. Double press the home button.

  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

Android:

  1. Go to settings.

  2. Press "apps".

  3. Choose the Unloc app.

  4. Press "Force stop".

  5. Press "OK".

On Huawei phones you might have to turn the phone on and off before it works.

2. Turning on and off bluetooth:

iPhone:

  1. Depending on the model, swipe either up from the bottom of the screen or down from the right corner.

  2. Press the Bluetooth symbol, ᛒ, to turn off Bluetooth.

  3. To turn on, press the Bluetooth symbol again.

Android:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

  2. Press the Bluetooth symbol, ᛒ, to turn off Bluetooth.

  3. To turn on, press the Bluetooth symbol again.

3. Move closer to the lock.

Error 2215: "Can't connect to lock"

Error 2101: Bluetooth issues
— Try moving closer, disconnecting other bluetooth devices or turning bluetooth on and off.
