Error: "Unloc API unable to connect to Danalock server"
Ensure you have an active internet connection (mobile or Wi-Fi).

Nothing helps? Try restarting app.
How to restart the app:
On iPhone x and newer:

  1. Press the bottom of the screen and swipe the app up. Don't release it until the screen has zoomed out from the app.
  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

On iPhone 8 and older:

  1. Double press the home button.
  2. Swipe the app up until it disappears.

On Android:

  1. Go to settings.
  2. Press "apps".
  3. Choose the Unloc app.
  4. Press "Force stop".
  5. Press "OK".

On Huawei phones you might have to turn the phone on and off before it works.
